He is survived by: his children, Burton Karsteter (Connie), Linda Karsteter Stubbs (Robert Thayer), Page Karsteter (Nichole Perata), Beverly Anne Karsteter (David Walowsky), Martha Perkins (Jess), Marty Qually (Elizabeth Meighan) and Paul Karsteter (Theresa); his grandchildren, Jason, Laura Anna, Emily, Kate, Helen, Scott, Gianna, Clara, Maggie, Kane, Aiden, Lucien, Tyler, Page, Ruthie, Nick and Sam; and his great grandchildren, Blake and Brynn.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church (25 W High St, Gettysburg, PA 17325). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to St. Francis Xavier School.
