He is survived by: his wife Ruby L. Keefer (Flynn); his children, Deborah Breighner, David Keefer (Tammy), Pamela Waybright (Daniel) of Jerome, ID and Douglas Keefer (Freya); and his sisters, Barbara Berwager and Shirley Hammond. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
