He was predeceased by: his father Lowell Carmichael. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Carmichael; his wife Beth Carmichael; his half-sister Kim Jennifer; his parents-in-law, Janet and Jack Getz; his brother Christopher; and his sister-in-law Stephanie Getz. He is also survived by his four nephews.
