Riggs II of Hanover, PA, Tammy Hartlaub of New Oxford, PA and Wade Riggs of Gettysburg, PA; his grandchildren, Samantha Riggs, Michael Riggs, Josephine Riggs, Joshua Gochenour and Matthew Gochenour; and his siblings, George R. Riggs, Jr., Deborah Mummert, Ray Singley and Donna Singley. He is also survived by four nieces.
