He is survived by: his children, Nevin "Rick" Riley, Jr. (Judy) of Gettysburg and Tina Denike (Roy) of New Oxford; his grandchildren, Tony (Angela), Samantha (Kenny), Bobby (Joann) and Roy (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Paige, Junior, Jasmine, Summer, Tyler, Janelle, Payton and Kayla; and his great great grandchild Bentley. He is also survived by other loving extended family members and friends.
