She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Unitas and Helen Unitas Gibbs (Superfisky); her husband Louis W. Addazio; her brother Johnny Unitas; and her son-in-law Tony Alonzo.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marylou Alonzo, Diane Gordon (Danny) and Michele Boughton (Willie); her grandchildren, Tara, Danny, Chris, Mandi, George, Hank, Jake, Cydney and Taylor; her great grandchildren, Dominic, Gianna, Kaiser, Addy, Scarlett, Serenity, Michael and Jordon; and her siblings, Leonard Unitas and Shirley Green.
