He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Crouse (Culver); his daughter Elaine Bittinger; his siblings, Wilber Crouse, Raymond Crouse and Margaret Sanders; and his parents, Stewart Crouse and Hazel Crouse.
He is survived by: his daughter Vicki Crouse (George Gallagher); his grandchildren, Monica Madsen Lavin (Joe) and Matthew Weaver (Mandi Riley); his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Lavin, Jacob Weaver, Teddy Lavin and Blaine Weaver; his siblings, James Crouse (Connie), Bernetta Klunk and Carole Martin; his extended family, Jen and Jesus Bermego; and also, Logan, Alex, Noah and Oliver. He is also survived by his family, friends.
