He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip R. Huggins and Mary A. Huggins (McCreary). He is survived by: his siblings, Edward J. Huggins (Bonnie) of Gettysburg, PA, Frank R. Huggins of Norfolk, VA, Adele Ramsey Norfolk (Bob) and Mary Huggins of North Carolina; and his half-siblings, David Huggins of Pennsylvania, Marguerite Manahan of Thurmont, MD and Barbara Huggins of Lancaster, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
