He is survived by: his wife Elena Zavialova; his children, Stephanie, Derek (Bridget), Joseph (Kendalle) and Kelly (Nathan Rottet); his siblings, Thomas (Linda), Peggy, Robert (Palmer) and Lorrie (Thomas Kennedy); his father Thomas Patrick Campbell; his grandchildren, Lacianne, McKaylee Johnson, Brady, Laila, Evelyn Rottet, Tommy, Josie Campbell, Ryleigh and JP Campbell; and his nephew Dylan Kennedy.
