He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Fiscel and Lillias Fiscel (Rupp); his wife Sylva Ann Fiscel (Williams); and his sister Caroline "Peg" Singley. He is survived by: his children, Thomas G. Fiscel of Gettysburg, John R. "Jack" Fiscel (Marcia) of Gettysburg and LeeAnn F. Feagin (Tommy) of Fayetteville, PA; and his grandchildren, Bryan, Marc, Tyler Fiscel and Jennifer McCluskey. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
