He is survived by: his wife Beverly Morehead Ruggles; his children, Erik Ruggles of Huntington, VT, Whitney McInerney (Daniel) of Glen Rock, NJ and Seth Ruggles (Shay) of Bowdoinham; his grandchildren, Sayler Ruggles, Kellen McInerney, Declan McInerney, Luke McInerney, Clare McInerney and River Ruggles; and his sisters, Nancy Patterson of Mechanicsburg, PA and Judy Miller of Gettysburg, PA..
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church (25 W High St, Gettysburg, PA 17325).
