He was predeceased by: his parents, William Heflin and Betty Heflin (Carey). He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Heflin (Regina) of York, PA, Luann Light (Larry) of Gettysburg, PA, Randy Heflin (Karen) of Gettysburg, PA and Wayne Heflin (Jennifer) of New Oxford, PA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
