He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Bucher and Naomi Evelyn Bucher (Wackerman); and his brothers, Jack and Thomas Bucher. He is survived by: his wife Sue Ellen Bucher (Wetzel); his children, Susan Laughman (Amos) of Hanover, PA and John C. Bucher (Josie) of Long Beach, CA; his stepchildren, Kara DeFriece (Steve) of Orrtanna, PA and Kroy Taughinbaugh (Carmen) of Harpers Ferry, WV; and his grandchildren, Mikayla, Aubreigh DeFriece, Alex and Andrew Taughinbaugh.
