He was predeceased by: his spouse Janet Cramer (Plattenburg); his parent Anson Cramer; and his siblings, Gerald Cramer, Gordon Cramer, Dale Cramer, Garnold Cramer, James Cramer, Arlene Martz and Joy Lambert.
He is survived by: his parent Celia Cramer (Miller); his children, Daniel Cramer (Anne) of Stroudsburg, Clarence Cramer of East Stroudsburg, Jacqueline Repsher (Jim) of East Stroudsburg, Cindy DePue (Correll) of Saylorsburg and Susan Connell (Dexter) of Stroudsburg; and his sisters, Betty Kresge of Saylorsburg, Ruthann Paffenroth of Florida, Dorothy Legg of California, Charlotte Warnick of Belvidere, NJ, Janet DePue of Tannersville and Bonnie Serfass of South Carolina.
