He is survived by: his wife Vivian (Hess); his stepdaughters, Kristin D. Snyder (Greg), Karie L. Newman (Nathan) and Megan K. Marshall (Dave); his grandchildren, Logan, Madison, Vanessa and Lynnea; and his siblings, Lorie Keeney (Richard), Karen Martin, Brad Small (Sandi) and David "Jake" Small (Kathleen).
