He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Plank and Hazel Dick Plank; his wife Betty Plank; and his siblings, Earl Plank, Roy Plank, Richard Plank, Ira Plank, Arthur Plank, Dale Plank, Betty Adelsberger, Hester Shafer, Shirley Rudisill, Anna Shaffer and Charlotte Shaffer.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis R. Plank (Sharon) of Conway, SC, Timothy J. Plank (Carol) of Gettysburg, PA, Joel E. Plank (Heather) of Gettysburg, PA and Idella L. Dunkin (Joe) of Aspers, PA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Memorial Baptist Church, 1096 Biglerville Road, Gettysburg, PA 17325.
