He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob L. Howe and Ruth C. Howe (Myers); his wife Betty J. (Sheely); and his sister Dorothy Wolfe. He is survived by: his children, Charlotte Howe of Gettysburg, PA, Rosalie Keller (Leonard) of Gettysburg, PA and Michael E. Howe (Roxanne) of Gettysburg, PA; and his brother Harold Howe of New Oxford, PA.. He is also survived by 5 granddaughters, 6 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
