With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Heretia H. Kochniarczyk of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. As we bid adieu to Heretia's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Heretia has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Criss and Wilma Mills Criss; and her husband Frank S. Kochniarczyk. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Therese Pett; and her nephew Joseph Wajda of Altoona, WI. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church (25 W High St, Gettysburg, PA 17325). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
