He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Weber and Kathryn Weber (Held); and his siblings, Michael Weber and Andrea Draves. He is survived by: his wife Gwen D. Weber (Eyler); his children, Justin A. Wallen of Newport, PA and Colleen F. Wallen of Philadelphia, PA; and his sisters, Karen Inverso (Joe), Natalie Costello and Nina Weber. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
