She was predeceased by: her parents, R. E. "Mike" Reese and Zelma Locy Reese; her husband Robert "Whitey" Withrow; her grandson Jason Withrow; and her siblings, Helen Reese Frazee, Samuel E. Reese, Harry "Hezzy" Reese and Raymond E. Reese, Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Withrow (Donna) of Austin and Mark Withrow (Sonja) of Gettysburg; her grandchildren, Lindsey Oskoui (Bill Goodwin) of Austin, Zachary Withrow (Gabriella) of Leyard and Alex Withrow (Allie) of Sterling, Virginia; and her great grandchildren, Pippa, Theo, Zoe and Wilson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
