He was predeceased by: his father Frederick Horak; and his sister Joan. He is survived by: his children, Jim (Ruth) and Ingrid (Brian Sullivan); his wife Joan; his brothers, Richard and Thomas Horak; and his grandchildren, Ben, Carys, Zack Horak, Peyton and Miranda Sullivan.
