He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd E. Schultz and Alice G. Hummelbaugh Schultz; and his siblings, Richard Schultz and Doris Gouker. He is survived by: his wife Shelby Jean Herman Schultz; his son Frederick Lloyd Schultz (Susan Hottle-Schultz) of Annapolis, MD; and his sister Louise Krick of Peoria, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
