He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank S. Baker and Grace V. Baker (Whalen); his children, Robert H. Baker, Diane V. Adams (Baker) and James L. Gibson; and his sisters, Helen M. Tucker and Sophie E. Loss.
He is survived by: his wife Jean (Gibson); and his son Joseph W. Baker of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by five grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kenworthy Funeral Home (269 Frederick St, Hanover, PA 17331). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Kenworthy Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (269 Frederick St, Hanover, PA 17331).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Frank's name to Grace Presbyterian Church, 17 Wayne Ave, Hanover, PA 17331.
