She was predeceased by: her parents, Giuseppe Panetta and Angela Panetta (Lombardo); her husband Giuseppe; and her son Carmelo. She is survived by: her sons, Salvatore Fazzolari of Staten Island, NY and Nick Fazzolari of Aspers, PA; her daughter-in-law Gioconda "Jackie" Fazzolari of Gettysburg; and her grandchildren, Giuseppe, Christina, Maria, Nicky, Tina, Amanda, Lisa and Giuliano. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
