He is survived by: his wife Jessica Topper of Gettysburg; his children, Shane Topper (Rachel) of Orrtanna, Mickey Lu Werquan (Sharron) of California and Sophia Topper of Gettysburg; his grandchildren, Paige of Orrtanna, Erica of Orrtanna and Jeremy of Orrtanna; and his siblings, Dwight Topper of Fairfield, Deborah Peters of Baltimore, MD, Denise Williams of Pinedale, WY, Dawn Mitchell of Pinedale, WY, Deanna Topper of Pinedale, WY and Darby Topper of Taneytown, MD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children.
