He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas U. Williams and Janice Williams (Creamer). He is survived by: his wife Marsha R. Williams (Johnson); his children, Turkessa Gordor (Dominic) of Frederick, Gito Williams of Frederick, Derland Williams (Stephanie) of Gettysburg and Deris Womack of Frederick; and his brother Alvin Williams of Hagerstown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and a great nephew.
