She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn L. Sterner and Mabel Sterner (Gulden); her husband Harry A. Spangler; and her sister Marie Hoffman. She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Seiler of Lemoyne; and her siblings, Catherine Crabill (Marty) of Gettysburg, Kenneth Sterner (Jean) of Mechanicsburg, Charlie Sterner (Pam) of West End, NC, Shirley Cooney of Bel Air, MD, Margaret McGlaughlin of Gettysburg and Linda Spence of Gettysburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. James Lutheran Church, 109 York Street, Gettysburg, PA 17325.
