She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyrus Deckert and Ruth White Deckert; her husband John Martin Frock; and her sister Janet L. Hertz. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Joseph (Jeff) of Rehoboth Beach, DE; her grandchildren, Kyle Joseph and Karalyn Joseph; and her siblings, Richard Deckert (Sandra) of Gettysburg, PA, James Deckert of Gettysburg and Joan Swisher (David) of Gettysburg, PA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
