She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Durniak and Anna Muchko Durniak; her son Gary William Bushman; and her siblings, Steven Durniak, Helen Durniak, Peter Durniak, Pauline "Winnie" Eirman, Mabel Michaels, John Durniak, Paul Durniak and Joseph Durniak.
She is survived by: her husband William H. Bushman; her children, Joy Bushman Taylor (Jeff) of Biglerville, PA and Jay Bushman (Amy) of Ashburn, VA; her grandchildren, Jennifer Gilner, Rachael Caiola, Bradley Bushman, Matthew Bushman and Brett Bushman; her daughter-in-law Beth Bushman Bland; and her siblings, Dorothy Reese of Hudson, FL and William Durniak of Copperas Cove, TX.. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
