It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald L. Plank Sr. of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 19, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus Plank and Gladys Plank (Virgin); his wife Shirley A. Plank; and his brother Gary Plank. He is survived by: his children, Donald L. Plank, Jr. of Hanover, PA, Donna K. Peters of Farmville, VA, Ella M. Plank of Gettysburg, PA, Sue Champlain of Gettysburg and Roger L. Plank of Fairfield, PA; and his siblings, Stanley, Cletus, Glenn, Linda, Carol, Virginia and Joanne. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Monahan Funeral Home (125 Carlisle St, Gettysburg, PA 17325). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
