He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David and Genevieve; his siblings, Jamuka and Cathy; his grandson Gavin; his daughter-in-law Casey; and his sons, Kevin and James.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association in Dave's honor.
