He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Millard Smith. He is survived by: his mother Grace B. Plaine Smith of Taneytown, MD.; his wife Dorrene Haines Smith; his son Timothy Eugene Smith (Kathleen) of Jessup, MD; his grandchildren, Calvin Smith, Cole Smith and Cooper Smith; his daughter Tina Marie Williams (Matthew) of Orrtanna, PA; and his grandchildren, Hunter Williams and Hailey Williams.
