He is survived by: his mother Joanne Keller Witherow Stull of Aspers, PA.; his children, Elizabeth Constable (Jordan) of Aspers, PA, Elana Witherow of Aspers, PA, Erika Steinour of Gettysburg, PA and Eric Steinour (Tatum) of Carlisle, PA; his grandchildren, Weston Constable, Josie Constable, Riley Steinour, McKenna Steinour, McKinley Steinour and Maverick Steinour; and his siblings, Kathleen Roberts (Kenton), Joseph Witherow (Wanda), Karen Lemons (Charles), Robert Witherow and Kristine Witherow. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
