It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Carroll Leonard (Gettysburg, Pennsylvania), born in Durham, North Carolina, who passed away on September 24, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Lewis Leonard. He is survived by: his wife Galina Leonard; his stepchildren, Max and Teddy Kalinkin; his children, Lee Leonard (Lisa) and Cindy Leonard Keeney (George); and his grandchildren, Pierce, Patric, Bailey Leonard, Dan, Paige and Mikey Keeney.
