It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Carr (Gettysburg, Pennsylvania), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on June 25, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Govatos and Barbara Govatos (Lawless). She is survived by: her husband Daniel J. Carr; her children, Suzanne Carr of Bath, ME, Caroline Williams of Potomac Falls, VA, Stephen J. Carr of Walnutport, PA and Christopher Carr of Berlin, MD; and her grandchild Asher Loeb Carr.
