The passing of Anna R. Kuykendall of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on November 17, 2024 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, George McDonald and Lula Shears McDonald; her husband Melvin Kuykendall; her daughter Bonnie Jacoby; and her siblings, Louise Shockey, William McDonald, Charles McDonald, Mary Zirk and Loretta Hose.
She is survived by: her sons, Melvin Kuykendall, Jr. (Carol Hedrick) of Gettysburg, PA, Jimmy Kuykendall (Sharon) of Orrtanna, PA, Michael Kuykendall (Tammy) of Orrtanna, PA and Scott Kuykendall of Gettysburg, PA; and her sister Ramona Master of Petersburg. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and at 8:00 PM at the Monahan Funeral Home (125 Carlisle St, Gettysburg, PA 17325). Viewing will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Oak Grove United Methodist Church (1769 Kessel Rd, Fisher, WV 26818). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
