She was predeceased by: her parents, George McDonald and Lula Shears McDonald; her husband Melvin Kuykendall; her daughter Bonnie Jacoby; and her siblings, Louise Shockey, William McDonald, Charles McDonald, Mary Zirk and Loretta Hose.
She is survived by: her sons, Melvin Kuykendall, Jr. (Carol Hedrick) of Gettysburg, PA, Jimmy Kuykendall (Sharon) of Orrtanna, PA, Michael Kuykendall (Tammy) of Orrtanna, PA and Scott Kuykendall of Gettysburg, PA; and her sister Ramona Master of Petersburg. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren.
