She was predeceased by: her parents, Hendrick and Rinje; her husband Wiebe Viersma; and her son Howard Viersma. She is survived by: her sons, Hendrick "Hank" Viersma of Gettysburg and Robert "Bob" Viersma of Gettysburg; her grandsons, Timothy Allen Viersma (Hannah) and Nicholas Paul Viersma; and her great grandchildren, Rylee Renne, Fynnley Robert and Lara Antje Viersma.
