He was predeceased by: his mother Ina Virginia Shufflebarger. He is survived by: his wife Marie Basehoar Duncan; his father Harvey Eden Duncan; his children, Greg Duncan (Malia) of Amelia Island, FL and Kathy Kane (Brian) of Richmond, VA; his grandchildren, Nicole Duncan, Matthew Kane (Kelly), Kurtis Duncan (Lauren) and Jennifer Kane; his great grandchild Theodore Duncan; and his sister Julia Haines. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
