He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. Ochs, Sr. and Kathleen Ochs (Culbertson); and his brothers, Frank and Tom. He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Yale); his daughter Sarah J. Ochs (James J. Unell) of Alburtis; and his siblings, Kathleen Dawson, John Ochs (Anne), Sally Ragosta, Art Ochs (Ann) and Bob Ochs (Sheba). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
