He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothea Ida Creitz (Moyer); his parents, Elvin O. Creitz and Jeanette K. Creitz (Rex); his daughter Andrea L. Creitz; and his siblings, Harold F. Creitz, Grace C. Fraser, Elvin O. Creitz and Laura J. Kohler.
He is survived by: his son Leonard W. Creitz (Jennifer B.) of Germansville; his grandsons, Jacob and Adam; and his sister Loretta M. Seidick of Whitehall.
