Lazarus, Jr. of Germansville and Calvin H. Lazarus, III (Andrea) of Schnecksville; his siblings, Grant A. Lazarus (Linda) of Germansville, Carol A. Bennecoff of Kutztown, Gary L. Lazarus (Nancy) of Germansville, Wayne H. Lazarus (Grace) of Germansville, Gloria J. Bingaman (Daniel) of Tamaqua, Donna H. Strawbridge of Whitehall and Leslie D. Lazarus (Rhonda) of Breinigsville; his grandsons, Mason, Logan, Samuel, Levi and Braden; and his sisters, Janet M. Lazarus and Susan M. Snyder.
He is survived by: his family Lazarus Farm.
