He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathryn Dugan; his children, Kelly Glaser of Northampton, Bernard Dugan III of Easton and Kevin Dugan of Lebanon; his siblings, Mary Jane Schmidt of Whitehall, Margaret Filipovits of Marietta, GA and Lawrence Dugan of Coplay; and his grandchildren, Reese Dugan, Danielle Glaser and Brynn Dugan.
