He was predeceased by: his parents, Everette White and Antoinette White (Melfi); and his brothers-in-law, Fred Keefer and Gerry Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Karen M. White (Thomas); his stepdaughter Kristina Green; his granddaughter Brianna Green; his brothers, John White and Clarence 'Buck White (Sue) of Elyria, OH.; and his parents-in-law, George Thomas III (Audra), Diane Thames (Tom), Lynda Keefer (Thomas) and Pamela Salerno. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St Jude's Children's Research Hospital, Memphis, TN.
