He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Wright Blosser; his son Jim West; and his siblings, Juanita Cline and Paul J. Blosser. He is survived by: his wife Nina Sanfilippo Payne West; his sons, Tim West (Kristen) of Wellsville, Pete West (Kris) of Guilford Lake, Danny West (Shirley Hackney) of Wellsville, Jason Payne (Shara) of Georgetown and Jamie Payne (Francie) of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Nick West, Lindsay West, Ethan West, Jasmine West, Desiree West, Timmy West, Danny West, Connor Payne, Kaylea Payne, Keaton Payne, Sydney Payne and Maxx Payne; his great grandchildren, Noah and Halle; and his sister Becky Withers of Salem.
