"Chuck" Simmons of Mingo Junction, OH.; his wife Cathy Simmons (Coven); his daughters, Heather Mason (Zanakqua) of Columbus, OH and Jenna Dunfee (Daniel) of Aliquippa, PA; his stepson Scott Snyder (Kerri) of Industry, PA; his brother Douglas P. Simmons (late Maria) of Mingo Junction, OH; and his grandchildren, Khai Hudson, Zander, Leo, Kendall Mason and William Dunfee.
