He is survived by: his parents, Richard Sr. of Pleasantville, PA. and Amber Lee Hall Neugebauer Sr. of Pleasantville, PA.; his wife Diane Bruce Neugebauer; his son Robert Lewis (Stephanie) of Hookstown, PA.; his siblings, Tammy Holland of Pleasantville, PA., Ronald Neugebauer of Moon Twp, PA. and Sam Neugebauer (Terri) of Hookstown, PA.; and his grandchildren, Dylan Lee Lewis, Devin Alan Lewis and Tyler Nathaniel Lewis.
