King, Lula May Lickas and Bonnie Mamula; his grandchildren, Ken, Lou III, Dan, Jackie, James, Mindy, Tassia, Payton, Jake and Winter; and his great grandchildren, Dannyele, Noella, Willow, Grayson, Rowan and Dillyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
