She is survived by: her sisters, Dudy, Patty, Shirley and Grace; her husband Paul Barkhurst; her children, Carol Cassella (James) of Georgetown, PA and Albert "Manny" Barkhurst (Joanne) of New Cumberland, WV; her grandchildren, Kent Cassella (Tami), Amy McDonald (Kevin), Kristine Spurlock (Brian), Bradley Barkhurst (Belinda) and Nancy Watkins (Christian); and her great grandchildren, Abby, Kendall, Maggie, Adelaide, Haley, Lauren, Caleb, Gabriella, Alexandra and C. J..
