He was predeceased by: his brother Rick; and his sister-in-law Joyce Mihalik. He is survived by: his parents, Andrew J. Mihalik and Virginia Mihalik Sr.; his sisters, Carol (Jerry Olson) and Mary (Thomas Marshall); and his nieces and nephews, Jamie, Nicole, Sean, Brandon, Jerry and David.
