He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emma Negron and Guillermo Moya, Jr.; his wife Susan Okoorian; his children, Lillian Cowburn (Daniel) of Coudersport, Jennifer Watson (Greg) of Trumansburg, NY and B. William Moyer of Denver, CO; and his sisters-in-law, Claire Miller (Scot) of Genesee and Joann Hale of Doylestown. He was also cherished by four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
